Case Study 2: Internet Yellow Pages
OVERVIEW
A national home product corporation was looking to implement a dealer strategy online, similar to print, that would allow them to increase brand awareness online while simultaneously drive sales traffic to their local dealers.
ACTION
We recommended an Internet Yellow Pages program to target consumers who search online for a business or service provider in their local area. After reviewing several opportunities, we recommended an IYP with appropriate geographical coverage and significant traffic for the client’s relevant business categories. We implemented a cost-effective ad strategy that provided significant exposure for the client’s logo, while directing consumers to local dealers.
RESULTS
The program was very successful, providing millions of impressions to the client’s brand, while generating many thousands of quality sales leads at a cost-per-lead of around $3.50.
